A message is recieved from the Tok'ra that Mar'non and the scientist Anise will soon arrive at the SGC facility Anise has discovered alien devices created by a race called the Atonieks that pre-date the Goa'uld. According to her report and Major Carter's recollection of the memories of Jolinar, the devices supposedly gave the wearers incredible speed and strength The devices are not compatible with Tok'ra physiology.
Anise requests that SG-1 serve as test subject for the first human trial. Dr. Fraiser is to assist Anise in monitoring the stability of SG-1 team she seems to think that more care should be taken,there are to many unknown factors O'Neill, Carter, and Jackson are to take part in the experiment, SG-1 is to be equipeed with Tok'ra bio-sensors to relay all progress and any problems to Anise during the experiment.However soon Anise tells General Hammond the real reason for the devices being used at this time.
