Thomas Leighton, that a famous actor, Anton Karidian, is none
other than "Kodas the Executioner" They both witnessed
the massacre on Tarsus, but thought Kodas died there. Kodas was
the Governor of Tarsus 1V, when the planet was threatened by
famine, he put 4,000 people to death. so the rest would survive.
