OPERATION ANNIHILATE

THE Enterprise is on its way to the planet Deneva , there are reports of mass insanity, Kirks brother and his family live on the planet. The landing party find a parasite hiding in darkened places. Most Denevans are afflicted or in hiding. Sam, Kirks brother is dead. The creatures are immune to phaser weapons, as they retreat one of the creatures flies on to Spock and he cries out in agony, the alien has entwined its tissue with Spock's neural system. To enable DR McCoy to study the creature, Spock plans to return to the planet, and capture one.
