WHOM GODS DESTROY

Captain Kirk and Spock have beamed down to Elba ll with drugs to help the criminally insane beings. When they beam down they are met by the colony's governor, only to learn that it is in fact Garth one of the inmates he has the power to assume any form! He needs the code arranged by the Enterprise crew, On all returning from the colony,Garth doesn't know it and tortures Kirk to get the code and take over the Enterprise. Can Our Boy Break free from this mad man ?
