TURNABOUT INTRUDER

The Enterprise receives a distress call from Camus ll, where they find all but two people dead from radiation. One of these survivors Janice Lester, is an old friend of Captain Kirk. But now she despises him and she uses an alien machine that transforms her into him when Kirk/ Janice tries to explain things Spock and crew try to work out if infact the exchange really did happen, Spock mind melds with Kirk/Janice and is convinced the captain is not himself.
